How Duet Booth handles photos, videos, account information and usage data
2026/10/04
1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes how Duet Booth at duetbooth.com handles information when you use our video service, purchase credits or contact us. For privacy requests, contact support@duetbooth.com.
2. Information we process
- Account information: email, name, avatar, account identifiers and authentication records. Google sign-in provides profile information associated with your login. Email and password sign-in uses authentication records managed by our login system.
- Photos and videos: uploaded performer photos, task settings and any prompts, generated videos, previews and task status needed to run the service and display History.
- Purchases: order and invoice identifiers, amounts, currency, subscription status, credit balances and payment events. Stripe handles payment details; our servers do not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage and technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, page visits, source or campaign information and actions such as uploads, purchases, generation and downloads.
- Support messages: the name, email, message and attachments you send us.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate and deliver videos, manage billing and credits, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and meet legal or accounting obligations. Analytics helps us understand usage and improve the service.
Where applicable, processing relies on providing the service you request, legitimate operational or security interests, legal obligations, or consent where required. This policy does not itself grant consent to optional tracking.
4. Providers and sharing
We share information needed for their role with these providers:
- Cloudflare: hosting, databases, media storage, delivery, security and email infrastructure.
- Kie and the applicable model providers: photos, reference media, prompts and settings required to generate videos.
- Stripe: checkout, subscriptions, billing and refunds.
- Google: optional Google sign-in; GA4 traffic and product analytics when enabled. Analytics can use an internal account ID and checkout or purchase identifiers to connect activity; our GA event integration does not intentionally send photos, prompts, names or email addresses.
- Microsoft Clarity: interaction analytics and session recordings when enabled. Logged-in activity can be associated with an internal user ID and profile display name. Masking is subject to Clarity's configuration; do not enter sensitive information in unrelated fields.
- YouTube: the embedded official performance loads after you press play and then connects your browser to YouTube, which may receive technical and viewing information.
Providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not promise that all providers have the same retention or training practices. We do not sell your personal data. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to investigate abuse or protect rights.
5. Storage and deletion
Photos and outputs may be stored to process tasks, provide History and downloads, troubleshoot failures and handle support. History is not permanent storage: download files you need to keep.
Deleting an eligible finished task from History hides its record and attempts to remove associated media from our storage. This does not guarantee immediate erasure of every backup, log, transaction record or copy held by a provider. Account, credit, billing and security records may be kept where needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute purposes. Contact us for account or broader data-deletion requests; we may verify your identity.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, or limits on processing, and withdraw consent where processing depends on it. Contact our support email to make a request. You may also use browser controls described in the Cookie Policy. Necessary processing may continue to deliver requested services or meet legal obligations.
Our providers may process information internationally. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
7. Updates and contact
We update this policy as the service changes and show the revision date above. Contact support@duetbooth.com with privacy questions. See our Terms of Service for service rules.
