Terms for Duet Booth accounts, AI videos, credits and subscriptions

1. Using Duet Booth
Duet Booth, available at duetbooth.com, is an AI video service. These Terms apply when you use the website, create an account or purchase credits. Our contact is support@duetbooth.com. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If parental or guardian permission is required where you live, obtain it before using the service. Keep your account information accurate and your login details secure; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The video service
Upload a separate photo for each performer to create a duet video. Original moves uses a Hotel Lobby reference workflow; New performance creates a fresh scene. Available modes, settings and credit costs are shown in the generator. Review completed videos and download them through History.
AI may change faces, clothing, movement, audio or composition. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, choreography, particular result or completion time. Review outputs before sharing. Duet Booth is not affiliated with or endorsed by artists or third-party services referenced on the site.
3. Your uploads and permitted use
Only upload content you have permission to use, including permission from people whose photos or likenesses you submit. You retain your rights in your uploads and grant us permission to store, transmit and process them as needed to provide and support the service, including through our service providers.
Do not create unlawful, infringing, exploitative, non-consensual or deceptive content, impersonate someone to mislead others, harass people, bypass safety or billing controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict accounts or tasks to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements.
4. Outputs and commercial use
Paid plans and credit packs permit commercial use of eligible outputs, subject to your input rights, applicable law and the relevant model or provider restrictions. This permission does not grant rights to third-party music, performances, trademarks or likenesses. We do not guarantee that an AI output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party claims. You are responsible for how you use and disclose generated content.
Our software, branding and website content remain ours or our licensors'. Purchasing credits does not transfer rights in those materials.
5. Credits, billing and cancellation
Stripe processes payments. Prices, currency, billing intervals and credit amounts are displayed before payment. Credits are service units, not money or a transferable currency; no fixed number of videos is guaranteed. Costs vary by mode, resolution, output length and, for Original, actual reference-video length.
One-time credit packs do not renew and their credits do not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Yearly subscriptions are paid annually, with credits issued monthly rather than all at once. Each subscription credit batch expires 30 days after issuance; unused credits do not roll over beyond that expiry.
Credits are reserved when a task is accepted, settled when it succeeds and released after a confirmed terminal failure. A task still processing does not automatically qualify for a credit return. Cancel a subscription through Billing to stop future renewals; cancellation does not automatically refund the paid period. See our Refund Policy for purchase refunds.
6. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, security or provider availability. Download files you want to keep; History is not a permanent archive. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits resulting from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Privacy, updates and contact
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data processing. We may update these Terms and show the revision date on this page; material changes will be communicated where required. For account, billing or rights questions, email support@duetbooth.com.
